Super frustrating experience, we live almost two hours from the Costco in Orem. We called at 7:54 pm and the first thing I said was, we have to change a tire as an emergency would you take us in (granted the hours are open until 8:30 pm). The kid that answered said yes so we headed to Costco with our low pressure tire. While we were heading there the kid on the phone took our info and all he was trying to do was to get us to buy 4 tires (forget the emergency part) a block from the Costco we agreed to buying 2 tires when the kid said when do you want your appointment for (again forget the part when I said emergency) I said well we are almost there to get our tire changed and I guess our new tire. To my big surprise the kid on the phone said oh no we do not take anyone after 7:45 pm so you have to come tomorrow if you are an executive member come at 9 am. No empathy for the part where I said is an emergency or I live freaking 2 hours from the nearest Costco. Very disappointed at the fact that the employee just cared to make a sale or get us off the phone. I get it everyone wants to get home but would had made a big difference if he from the get go had clarified they will not takes us

Really frustrating experience with the tire shop that wasted 5 hours of our time… We got a flat and had AAA remove the flat tire and put on our spare. We went to Costco and asked if they could put a new tire onto our old rim and they told us not unless we bought 2 tires. Turns out they CAN put the new tire onto the rim, they just can’t do it if the tire is on your car… which our tire was NOT on our car… I can admit there was miscommunication on our part as well as theirs, however I feel they could have been a bit clearer as we ended up back there hours later to bite the bullet and buy a second tire because it was a Sunday and we couldn’t fine anyone else open that could put the tire on the rim… only for them to tell us they could do what we wanted all along

Worst experience ever...do not go to Orem Costco tire center. I prepaid over $1000 for tires , ordered them week before planned install, due to tires not being in stock... Was told they had my tires when I called a few days later to check but that someone would call me back for installation appointment... No one ever called me back..two days later I called again and was on hold for 25 minutes, just to be told they did not have the tires, they accidently were shipped wrong tires from Bridgestone...I understand stuff happens but terrible communication, customer service and overall even though I got an apology I never got a reasonable solution so I told them I just wanted my money back , I would take my business elsewhere. Other than the Costco tire shop, I love Costco...but after my experience and now reading the rest of the horrible reviews at this location , I will choose a different location if I decide to ever buy tires through Costco again.. very unprofessional!

Extremely disappointed with the Tire Center at the Orem warehouse. I had a full set of tires installed, and I left with a damaged TPMS sensor and a car that now pulls to the right. The staff even admitted the sensor was damaged during the process, yet they didn’t take responsibility to fix it. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, and last time I ended up paying for their mistake out of pocket. I will not do that again. I expect Costco to stand by its service, replace the sensor they broke, and fix the balancing/alignment issue. I have reached out via official channels and expect a professional resolution immediately.

We needed a couple of tire sensors replaced and went to Costco as that is where we bought our tires a couple of years ago. There was a bit of a snafu with one of the sensors and the computer reading it. Jared in the bay was extremely courteous, through in his explanation of what was wrong, and professional.
